These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jitbaz platform and all services included within it. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User") and jitbaz. By accessing this website, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms.

jitbaz reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. 3.1 Account Security

Keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via 24/7 live chat. jitbaz will not be held responsible for any loss caused by a third party.

3.2 Right to Suspend or Close an Account

jitbaz may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If false or incomplete information has been provided.
• If you are found to be in breach of the Terms or involved in fraudulent activity.
• If bonus rules have been abused or multiple accounts are being operated.
• If unfair advantage has been taken of a technical error.
• If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on jitbaz. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• A successful deposit is generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5-30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process (KYC) is complete.
• Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met.

jitbaz offers various bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are given subject to specific conditions and may not be withdrawn until those conditions have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit will receive a 100% bonus on that deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total Balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made. The contribution rate may vary depending on the specific game when calculating wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless specifically stated.

• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

The process of moving up to a higher VIP tier depends on your active participation and usage patterns. jitbaz reserves the right to change VIP criteria. Cashback will be automatically credited to your account each week.

jitbaz is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are secured with SSL encryption and operated impartially.

• Attempting to win through software exploits, hacking, or any other form of technical manipulation is prohibited.
• Playing games using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
